Feedback widget
Feedback from the page they are on
A Feedback button on your site that opens a short form — a rating, a comment and, if they want, a screenshot of what they are looking at.
What you get
Ask for what you need
Turn rating, comment, email and name on or off for each campaign, and choose which are required.
Screenshots with notes
Visitors select part of the page, draw on it, and send it with their feedback.
Your colours, your words
Set the button colour and corner, and write the form title, description and thank-you message.
A link when there is no site
Every campaign has a hosted feedback page to share in an email or a chat — nothing to install.
Locked to your domain
Set an allowed domain and submissions from anywhere else are refused on the server.
One inbox
Every response lands in the campaign inbox, with where it came from and any screenshot attached.
With AI
Feedback, tagged as it arrives
Each response is tagged by category, sentiment, urgency and topic, and a summary of the week says what people keep raising.
Your call when it is wrong
Change any tag by hand and your correction sticks.
How it works
Pick the fields to collect and the widget’s colour and position.
Paste one script tag or install @userlily/js — or just share the hosted link.
Feedback arrives in the campaign inbox as visitors send it.
Privacy
Name and email are only asked for if you turn them on. Submissions are rate-limited with a hashed IP address; the address itself is not stored.
