Web push

Bring visitors back with a notification

Visitors opt in on your site, and you send them browser notifications — with images, buttons and a link — to everyone or to a segment.

What you get

  • Ask at the right moment

Show the opt-in prompt straight away, after a delay, after a scroll, or from your own code.

  • Rich notifications

A title, message, icon, wide banner image, click-through link and up to two buttons.

  • Reach the right people

Send to everyone, or to a segment by country, device or the page they subscribed on — with an estimate of its size.

  • Templates

Save the notifications you send often and reuse them.

  • See what worked

Each send reports how many were accepted, clicked, dismissed or failed, and the click rate.

  • Better timing

A suggested send time, based on when your subscribers have clicked before.

With AI

  • Notification copy

Draft a notification’s title and message with AI, then edit it before you send.

How it works

  1. Put one small file at the root of your site.

  2. Paste the script tag or install @userlily/js, and choose when visitors are asked.

  3. Write a notification, pick an audience and send it.

Privacy

Visitors are subscribed only after they allow notifications in their browser, and they can turn them off at any time. Notifications travel through the browser’s own push service.
